Covers only — stands, cylinder pedestals and decorations are not included. Your order includes only the cover types, sizes and quantities you select.

Single-sided printing
The covers listed on this page include single-sided printing. Double-sided round backdrop covers are available at an additional cost. Please contact us before ordering to confirm the construction, sizing and price.

Choose your covers and sizes
Select Round Cover or Cylinder Cover, then choose the matching size and quantity for each item. To purchase multiple covers, check each selection carefully before adding them to your cart.

For round backdrop covers, match the cover size to the outside diameter of your assembled circular frame, excluding the base feet.

For cylinder covers, match both the outside diameter and the height of your cylinder pedestal.

Leg Openings & Spacing：We make openings in the round cover so the stand’s support legs can pass through neatly, allowing the fabric to sit properly around the frame.

Please provide your stand’s leg spacing when ordering, along with a photo showing where you measured, so we can position the openings to suit your stand.

If no leg-spacing measurement is provided, we will use our standard spacing of 80 cm (approximately 31.5 inches).

Fabric & Product Details

Arch Backdrop Cover Details

1.260 g/m² tension fabric
Made from substantial 260 g/m² tension fabric for reusable event displays.

Slight stretch for a more consistent print appearance
The fabric has limited stretch to help maintain print consistency and minimize artwork distortion when fitted correctly. It is not a highly elastic, universal-fit cover, so choosing the correct shape and dimensions is important.

2.Elastic-cord fastening
The standard single-sided covers use an elastic cord to help secure the fabric around a compatible frame or pedestal. They do not use a zipper closure. Fit the cover evenly without overstretching the fabric.

3.Single-sided print
The design is printed on one side of the fabric. On the standard round cover, the reverse is unprinted, but the front design may show through, especially in bright light. This is not double-sided printing or a fully opaque backing.

4.Double-sided round covers
A double-sided round backdrop cover requires a different configuration and is priced separately. Please contact us before ordering to discuss your requirements.

5.Dye-sublimation printing
Your design is printed using CMYK dye-sublimation printing. Printed colors may differ slightly from your screen because of display settings, lighting and the fabric surface.

6.Wrinkle-resistant and reusable
Lightweight, portable and machine washable according to our Care & Storage instructions. Wrinkle-resistant does not mean completely wrinkle-free; folding may leave temporary creases.

7.Easy cover fitting
No tools are needed to fit the cover onto a compatible, fully assembled stand or pedestal. Assembly of the stand itself is separate.

8.Refresh your display
Replacement covers can be ordered separately, allowing you to change your theme or artwork while reusing a compatible stand.

Design approval & production
Custom production begins after you approve your design proof. Design preparation, revisions and production take place before dispatch and are not included in the transit times below.

Calendar days include weekends. These are estimated shipping times, not the total time from placing your order to delivery.

Care & Storage

Fabric Care & Storage

Keep your backdrop cover looking its best with gentle cleaning, careful handling and proper storage.

1. Gentle Washing
Remove the cover from the frame and detach any removable accessories before washing. Hand wash or machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent. Do not bleach or use fabric softener.

2. Spot Cleaning
For small marks, gently blot with a clean, soft cloth and cold water. If needed, use a small amount of mild detergent and rinse thoroughly. Test on an inconspicuous area first. Avoid vigorous rubbing, scrubbing or harsh stain removers.

3. Air Drying
Gently press out excess water without wringing or twisting. Lay flat or hang evenly to air dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry or expose the fabric to direct heat. Allow the cover to dry completely before fitting it onto the frame or storing it.

4. Removing Creases
Some creases may occur during folding and shipping. First, fit the dry cover onto the correctly sized frame and gently smooth the fabric without overstretching.

Do not apply a hot iron directly to the printed surface. Please contact us before using an iron or steamer so we can confirm the appropriate method for your cover.

5. Careful Handling
This fabric has only a slight stretch. Do not force it onto an oversized or incompatible frame. Keep it away from sharp edges, rough surfaces and adhesive tapes that may damage the fabric. Align the cover before closing the zipper, and never force the zipper.

6. Storage
Store only when completely clean and dry. Close the zipper, fold loosely or roll where practical, and place in a clean storage bag in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight. Avoid prolonged compression under heavy objects.
