Custom Arch Backdrop Covers — Please Read Before Ordering

Fabric covers only. Stands and decorations are not included.

• Single-sided printing is included: your custom design is printed on the front, and the back is plain white.
• Double-sided printing is available for an additional charge. The back can feature the same design or a different design. Please contact us before ordering to confirm the additional cost.
• Need covers for a 3-piece arch set? Select the matching size and quantity for each stand and add them to your cart separately. For three stands, you’ll need three covers.

How to Customize Your Covers

1. Choose your sizes and place your order
Select the cover size that matches each stand. If you’re unsure about sizing or need double-sided printing, please contact us before ordering.

2. Send us your ideas
Use the chat button on our website or email support@whoopeeparty.com with your order number and design preferences. You can share your theme, colors, names, text, photos or reference images.

No finished artwork is needed — we provide free design assistance.

3. Review and approve your design
Our team will create a design proof and send it to you for approval. Please check all names, spelling, dates, colors and design details carefully. We will begin production after you approve the proof.

How to Choose the Right Size

Choose a cover that matches your stand’s width and height. For example, a stand measuring 2.6 ft wide × 6 ft high requires the corresponding 2.6 ft × 6 ft cover.

Measure the assembled frame at its widest and tallest points, excluding the base feet. Please measure the frame itself, not an existing fabric cover.

Using a stand from another supplier?
Matching width and height alone may not guarantee a proper fit, as frame shapes and tube dimensions can vary. Before ordering, send us a photo of your assembled stand, its overall width and height, and the tube diameter so we can check compatibility.

Can’t find your size?
Send us your measurements before ordering. We offer free size adjustments, subject to confirmation that we can make a cover to fit your frame.

Arch Backdrop Cover Details

1. Thick 260 GSM Fabric
   Made from substantial 260 g/m² fabric, rather than lightweight 140 g/m² fabric, for a fuller backdrop appearance.
2. Slight Stretch for Better Design Alignment
   Our fabric has only a slight stretch to help maintain consistent print placement and minimize distortion of patterns, text and logos when fitted. It is not a highly elastic, universal-fit cover. Please choose the correct size and shape for your frame.
3. Smooth Fit with a Bottom Zipper
   The wrinkle-resistant fabric slips over a compatible frame and closes with a zipper at the bottom for a neat, fitted finish. Wrinkle-resistant does not mean completely wrinkle-free; folding or shipping may leave creases.
4. Custom Dye-Sublimation Printing
   Printed using CMYK dye-sublimation technology to reproduce your chosen artwork, colors and design details. Printed colors may differ slightly from what you see on a screen.
5. Single- or Double-Sided Printing
   Single-sided printing is included: a custom-printed front with a plain white back. Double-sided printing is available for an additional charge, with the same or a different design on the reverse.
6. Easy, Tool-Free Cover Installation
   Simply slip the cover over your assembled, compatible frame and close the bottom zipper. No tools are needed to fit the cover.
7. Reusable, Washable & Portable
   The fabric cover is machine washable and folds down for convenient storage and transport. Please follow the care instructions to help preserve the fabric and print.
8. Refresh Your Design Without Replacing the Frame
   Replacement covers are available separately, allowing you to update your theme or artwork while reusing your compatible stand.

Fit Note: Frames from different suppliers may vary in shape and tube dimensions, even when their listed width and height are the same. If you are using a frame from another supplier, please contact us with its measurements and a photo before ordering.

Production & Shipping

For custom covers, production begins after you approve your design proof.

Ordering one arch cover? Economy shipping applies unless you upgrade to Express. Please contact us before ordering if you need faster shipping.  

Your total delivery time includes:
• Design preparation and your approval
• Production
• Shipping after dispatch

Estimated shipping time after dispatch:
• Express: 4–8 calendar days
• Economy: 8–15 calendar days

These shipping estimates do not include design preparation, revisions, approval or production time. Calendar days include weekends, although carrier operations may vary.

Single arch-cover orders use Economy shipping unless upgraded to Express. Please contact us before ordering if you would like to upgrade.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs clearance, weather and peak-season demand may cause delays.

Fabric Care & Storage

Keep your backdrop cover looking its best with gentle cleaning, careful handling and proper storage.

1. Gentle Washing
Remove the cover from the frame and detach any removable accessories before washing. Hand wash or machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent. Do not bleach or use fabric softener.

2. Spot Cleaning
For small marks, gently blot with a clean, soft cloth and cold water. If needed, use a small amount of mild detergent and rinse thoroughly. Test on an inconspicuous area first. Avoid vigorous rubbing, scrubbing or harsh stain removers.

3. Air Drying
Gently press out excess water without wringing or twisting. Lay flat or hang evenly to air dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry or expose the fabric to direct heat. Allow the cover to dry completely before fitting it onto the frame or storing it.

4. Removing Creases
Some creases may occur during folding and shipping. First, fit the dry cover onto the correctly sized frame and gently smooth the fabric without overstretching.

Do not apply a hot iron directly to the printed surface. Please contact us before using an iron or steamer so we can confirm the appropriate method for your cover.

5. Careful Handling
This fabric has only a slight stretch. Do not force it onto an oversized or incompatible frame. Keep it away from sharp edges, rough surfaces and adhesive tapes that may damage the fabric. Align the cover before closing the zipper, and never force the zipper.

6. Storage
Store only when completely clean and dry. Close the zipper, fold loosely or roll where practical, and place in a clean storage bag in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight. Avoid prolonged compression under heavy objects.
